To open an account on s24, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and it is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Each individual may only open one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. You will be personally liable for all activity conducted through your account.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately. s24 will never ask for your password or personal information via email or message. Sharing your account with or transferring it to a third party is strictly prohibited. Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure. Our support team is available around the clock to assist with any security concerns.
All transactions on the s24 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals, as displayed on the platform. Any attempt to conduct transactions through fraudulent or illegal means will result in immediate account suspension and legal action if necessary. Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, or system manipulation on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to harass other users, share offensive content, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is strictly forbidden and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Operating an account on behalf of a minor or granting them access to the platform is completely prohibited. Violators will face account termination along with any necessary legal action.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the s24 platform are the exclusive property of s24 and are protected by copyright law. No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. No activity that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party is permitted on the platform. Any intellectual property complaints may be submitted to our support email.
The s24 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. s24 will not be held liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. s24 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's own decisions and actions. We are also not liable for any issues arising through third-party services or links. s24 accepts responsibility only to the extent required by applicable law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. By accepting these terms, users acknowledge the jurisdiction of said courts. If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
